A Leading American Restaurant Chain Selects Tx as their Test Automation Partner

TestingXperts (Tx), world’s leading Digital Assurance services provider, has been chosen as a Test Automation partner by a leading American restaurant chain. The client offers fast-food services in more than 80 countries and has one of the largest presences in the world. They were in the process of modernizing the POS applications in their network of 12,000+ stores worldwide. They were facing challenges as the functional testing team was unable to match the speed of app development, causing delays in the release of POS applications to their stores.
In this partnership, Tx plans to optimize clients’ testing processes and align them with the rapid pace of application development, thereby facilitating swifter releases of POS applications to their stores. We plan to utilize the ‘shift-left’ approach to optimize their software QA and release cycle, achieve over 90% test coverage, and automate regression testing coverage by approximately 90%. We will also focus on addressing the unique challenges of localizations, language variations, and regulatory mandates in the POS system. We believe by enhancing reporting capabilities, managing localization complexities, and automating their regression testing, we will improve their time to market.
Tx will deploy Tx-HyperAutomate, a low-code test automation framework leveraging UiPath Test Suite, to enhance reporting capabilities, Tx-QSR, an accelerator designed to manage the localization complexities of POS and ecommerce applications. We will also leverage our AI- based automation accelerator, Tx-SmarTest for robust test capture against application changes. We also plan to analyze code changes and prioritize regression testing using Tx-Analyzer, an AI-driven tool.
