Job Description:
- 8-12 years in B2B marketing within IT Services, Consulting, SaaS, Technology Services, Healthcare Technology, Insurance Technology, or Digital Transformation services.
- Proven experience executing vertical-specific campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and sales enablement programs.
- Experience marketing to US or UK enterprise buyers preferred.
- Experience working closely with sales, practice leaders, SMEs, demand generation, content, digital, and partner marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, complex sales motions, account-based marketing, and pipeline reporting.
- Track and report vertical-sourced and vertical-influenced pipeline, campaign ROI, target account engagement, conversion rates, content performance, and opportunity progression.
- Maintain a quarterly business review view of Healthcare and Insurance marketing performance, including what is working, what needs to change, and where additional investment is needed.
- Use market intelligence, competitor analysis, search trends, campaign data, and sales feedback to continuously refine vertical strategy.
- Create a governance rhythm with Practice, Sales, Demand Generation, Content, and Digital teams to ensure execution discipline and business alignment.
