Job Description:
- 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, automation or technology delivery.
- Significant experience leading large automation transformation programmes.
- Strong expertise in UiPath Test Cloud/Test Suite and/or Tricentis platforms.
- Demonstrated experience building or deploying Agentic AI solutions for Quality Engineering.
- Understanding of AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and autonomous workflows.
- Experience across enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms and modern engineering practices.
- Proven experience managing global delivery teams and senior client stakeholders.
- Strong commercial understanding, including estimations, margins, utilisation and delivery profitability.
- Excellent communication, leadership and executive presentation skills.
- UiPath or Tricentis professional certifications.
- Experience with Tricentis Tosca, qTest, NeoLoad, Testim or SeaLights.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience building Quality Engineering Centres of Excellence.
