Job Description:

  • 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience in IT Services, Consulting, SaaS, Technology, or Enterprise Solutions.
  • Proven experience in ABM, demand generation, integrated campaigns, lead nurturing, and pipeline-focused marketing.
  • Experience working with Sales teams in US, UK, UAE, or global markets preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology buying cycles, account-based selling, and multi-stakeholder decision journeys.
  • Account segmentation, ICP definition, persona mapping, buying committee analysis, and account journey planning.
  • Campaign strategy across digital, events, webinars, paid media, email marketing, partner marketing, and sales-led outreach.
  • Lead scoring, nurture programs, lifecycle stages, funnel conversion, and campaign attribution.
  • Familiarity with intent data, account intelligence, CRM workflows, and marketing automation platforms.
  • ABM strategy and execution across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions.
  • Integrated campaign planning and demand generation execution.
  • Strong messaging, storytelling, and offer development skills.
  • Sales alignment, stakeholder management, and cross-functional execution.
  • Data-driven performance tracking, dashboarding, and ROI measurement.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.
