Presales – Lead/Manager

Role: Presales- Senior Executive/ Lead/Manager Experience: 3-8 Years Role Description: Complete ownership of presales activity across geos by being central point of contact for the sales team Must have:
  • IT Services industry background within Application Development and/ or testing space
  • Should have managed a presales team, preferably for an independent unit/ function/ service line
  • Cross-cultural experience working across US, UK, Europe geos
  • Growth oriented individual willing to work in a fast-paced environment with ownership
Key responsibilities:
  • Act as first point of contact for Sales
  • Client meetings and Requirements understanding
  • Solution development to meet client requirements
  • Bid Management for medium to large RFPs/ proactive opportunities
  • Working across different internal functions like Delivery, finance, legal, IT etc.
  • Building partnerships to provide comprehensive solutions as required
  • Build strong understanding of company’s offerings/ case studies
  • Undertake client presentations including proposal orals
  • Understanding of different outsourcing models, including Managed services
  • Understanding of latest technologies in development and testing areas
  • Hands on ability to write convincing and easy to read proposals and carry out reviews
  • Commercial understanding of different models
