A US-based Fast Casual Restaurant Chain Selects Tx to Enhance Mobile App Functionality & Improve CX

TestingXperts (Tx), the world’s leading Digital Assurance services provider, has been selected as a test automation partner by a leading fast-casual restaurant chain. The client offers fast-food services in more than 900 locations in the USA. They were struggling to maintain and improve their customer satisfaction index, which was dropping every quarter. Another problem was with their mobile app functionality and several defects in production, causing a staggering increase in customer dropouts. They also faced several problems in maintaining and running automation to speed up their regression testing.
In this partnership, Tx aims to improve the functional test coverage of the client’s mobile app to decrease their customer dropout rate. We also plan to standardize their automation framework and QA processes across various Lines of Businesses (LOBs). We plan to deploy a hybrid engagement model to minimize the gap between client’s business, IT, and QA teams. Our aim is to reduce the defect slippage rate to less than 1% and improve their market presence by utilizing ‘in-sprint’ automation. We plan to use our in-house accelerators (Tx-HyperAutomate, Tx-QSR, Tx-Analyzer, and Tx-SmarTest), using UiPath Test Suite minimize their defect slippage rate and automate web and mobile app testing.
