Brian is very experienced in sales, in helping companies grow in a co-ordinated and structured way to deliver Customer Centricity and a Culture of Excellence. His career has demonstrated the ability of companies to scale when this is at the core of the company.

Brian is from Newfoundland in Canada, graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1988. After a successful career in Healthcare Management and Information Technology in Newfoundland, Brian and his wife Alison, moved to the United Kingdom where he moved into the supplier side of Professional Services having worked for Data General, PA Consulting and ATOS KPMG Consulting and Sapient.

In 2000, Brian moved into the world of start-ups and worked briefly for OnBourse and then Vizuri. Brian successfully led Vizuri from a struggling start-up to being acquired by Capgemini’s Sogeti in 2008. Brian became the CEO of Sogeti UK, a position he held until his departure in 2017. In addition to this role, which he held for his tenure at Sogeti, Brian served on the Capgemini UK Country Board, served as CEO of Sogeti Ireland for a period, headed up the Quality Assurance Capability across Sogeti Group and owned the QA Portfolio across the Capgemini Group.

Upon leaving Sogeti, Brian joined Qualitest just after it was bought by Marlin Equity Partners and was part of the team that grew the business and subsequently sold to Bridgepoint Private Equity.

Brian and his wife Alison have two adult children and enjoy their country home with their pets. Their love for skiing, sailing, and walking their dogs allows them to spend time outside of work.
