Senior Recruiter

Job Description:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA in HR or equivalent field preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on non-IT and leadership hiring in an IT or technology-driven company.
  • Strong understanding of how sales, marketing, and business operations roles function within the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), ATS platforms, and Excel.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles within an IT organization, including mid to senior-level positions in Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, HR, and other corporate roles.
  • Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand job requirements and define hiring strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Source and engage high-quality talent through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for functional and leadership competencies.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes with internal stakeholders, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Facilitate offer negotiations and pre-boarding formalities in collaboration with HR operations.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics, provide regular updates to stakeholders.
