Job Description:
- Define and evolve the Quality Engineering strategy for the Banking & Financial Services vertical.
- Act as a domain leader, SME, and client advisor for banking-related testing engagements.
- Drive innovation in QE offerings includes automation, performance, security, and AI-led testing.
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability for key banking clients.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables, stakeholder management, and measurable outcomes across QE engagements.
- Support pre-sales, solutioning, and RFP/RFI responses for new business opportunities.
- Build and mentor a strong team of domain-focused test managers, leads, and engineers.
- Conduct training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to scale the practice.
- Collaborate with L&D and CoEs to drive continuous competency development.
- Identify white space in the banking QE landscape and build differentiated service propositions.
- Represent the practice in client meetings, conferences, and webinars.
- Publish thought leadership content (blogs, PoVs) around QE trends in the banking industry.
- Experience with US banking regulations, QA practices, and digital transformation programs.
- Exposure to Middle East BFSI clients and compliance landscape.
- Proven experience in leading large delivery teams and practice-building initiatives.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong experience in test automation (Selenium, TOSCA, UFT), API testing, DevOps, and AI-led testing.
- Familiarity with performance/security tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, BurpSuite) is desirable.
- Understanding of Agile, CI/CD, and Cloud-native testing practices.
