Job Description:
- Define and own the Enterprise Applications Testing strategy and roadmap.
- Build reusable solution accelerators, frameworks, and IPs aligned with client needs.
- Hire, mentor, and upskill a high-performance team of functional and technical QA specialists.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Pre-Sales to design and execute GTM initiatives.
- Shape solution offerings, messaging, and thought leadership content for key enterprise platforms.
- Represent the practice in client pitches, proposals, webinars, and industry events.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in QA transformation programs for ERP, CRM, and ITSM platforms.
- Oversee delivery quality, test strategy formulation, automation integration, and governance.
- Drive excellence in execution, ensuring project success metrics (quality, cost, time) are met.
- Explore partnerships with platform providers (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) and tool vendors.
- Evangelize AI-led, agentic testing and shift-left strategies within the Enterprise Apps domain.
- Continuously assess emerging trends and infuse them into the practice roadmap.
- 15+ years in Software Testing/Quality Engineering with deep ERP/CRM domain experience.
- Proven experience in testing or implementing SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle or ServiceNow projects.
- Ability to define solutions, create testing frameworks, and interface with business and tech stakeholders.
- Strong client-facing presence with the ability to lead workshops, pitches, and advisory sessions.
- Experience in setting up or scaling testing practices/CoEs.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Testing models.
- Exposure to AI/ML-led automation, RPA, or agent-based test strategies is a plus.
