Job Description:
- Define the vision, structure, and roadmap for the Data Services Practice.
- Build offerings and reusable IPs across Data Engineering, DataOps, Cloud Migration, DQ frameworks, MDM, and Governance.
- Hire and mentor a cross-skilled team including data engineers, architects, analysts, and governance experts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales to define offerings, thought leadership, and GTM campaigns.
- Craft solution themes and accelerators that address industry-specific data challenges.
- Act as a solution architect or SME during sales cycles and client discussions.
- Drive client conversations around enterprise data strategy, platform modernization, and governance.
- Oversee delivery execution and ensure successful delivery of data programs (cloud data platforms, quality, lineage, analytics).
- Ensure engagement metrics around delivery quality, cost, and client satisfaction are met consistently.
- Explore and leverage partnerships with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data tooling vendors (Snowflake, Databricks, Collibra, Talend, Informatica, etc.).
- Build capabilities around agentic data frameworks, AI-enablement, and data observability.
- Foster a culture of innovation by embedding AI/ML into traditional data processes.
- 15+ years in Data Services/Analytics with experience in architecting and delivering data transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in data engineering (ETL/ELT, pipelines, lakehouses), cloud data platforms, and data governance.
- Client-facing experience with a track record of solutioning and scaling data programs across verticals.
- Exposure to tools like Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Databricks, AWS Redshift, BigQuery, Informatica, Collibra, Talend, etc.
- Experience in building or leading a Data CoE or consulting-led data transformation practice.
- Familiarity with AI/ML use cases, data quality automation, and agent-led observability frameworks.
- Prior exposure to regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) and data privacy models.
