Director – Quality Engineering and AI Transformation (EMEA and APAC)

Job Description:

  •  Providing technical sales support and solutioning to new logo sales that contributes significantly to company growth.
  • Leading the AI/ Agentic AI solutions development, sales and delivery in line with the market needs and positioning Tx as a leader within the Agentic AI in QE space.
  • Enhancing relationships with existing clients to increase business value delivered, client satisfaction, and growing revenue from existing accounts further driving company growth.
  • Attaining a 20% billable utilization component on strategic assignments within the first year, while maintaining the other ongoing activities in parallel.
  • Identifying and creating new alliances and enhancing existing alliances to drive partner-driven revenue.
  • Contributing to innovation initiatives and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to craft and deliver innovative, value-driven solutions, led by AI and Agentic AI, addressing client needs and driving revenue growth.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients, designing solution architectures that showcase Tx’s capabilities within QE transformation and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partner with sales to achieve revenue targets and support deal progression.
  • Work closely with Delivery teams to ensure engagements align with client objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities within ongoing projects to expand scope, enhance client satisfaction, and capture additional revenue streams.
  • Proactively deliver value-add recommendations and support client maturity assessments to identify whitespace opportunities that increase revenue.
  • Partner with Account Managers to help existing accounts achieve or exceed their yearly revenue targets by uncovering growth opportunities and enhancing value delivery.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with technology vendors and industry allies to drive partner-generated revenue and extend TestingXperts’ market reach.
  • Co-create innovative solutions with partners to address client challenges and align with emerging market needs.
  • Leverage partner ecosystems to establish scalable sales channels, contributing to the company’s growth objectives.
  • Engage with analysts (e.g. Gartner, NelsonHall, Everest, ISG) and improve Tx’s ranking in charts.
  • Conduct strategic consulting engagements (with potential for downstream work), including pain point assessments and maturity benchmarking, to uncover opportunities for TestingXperts’ services.
  • Advise clients on aligning QA/QE and testing strategies with industry best practices, along with AI readiness and journey, driving both short-term wins and long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver value-adding engagements to support achieving the 20% billable utilization metric.
