Job Description:
- Develop and execute account growth strategies focused on upselling and cross-selling digital engineering solutions (e.g., cloud modernization, AI/ML, data engineering, platform engineering, DevOps).
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital) to uncover new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to craft tailored proposals and value-driven pitches.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to identify expansion opportunities and reinforce value delivered.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and trends in BFS, Insurance, and Retail.
- Track pipeline progress, forecast revenue, and meet/exceed quarterly growth targets.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage account activity, opportunity tracking, and reporting.
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a focus on digital engineering or IT services.
- Proven success in upselling/cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Deep domain knowledge in BFS, Insurance, and/or Retail industries.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including delivery, product, and marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Comfortable working in US time zone.
