Business Development Executive

 Job Description:   Key Responsibilities:  
  • Industry knowledge of selling IT services (Testing & QA will be added advantage).
  • Experience in Market Research/ Lead Generation and Inside Sales activity in US/UK/APAC regions/Singapore market.
  • Identify and target new potential customers as per defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Lead generation by email marketing/ email management/ cold calling / Sales campaigns or by social networking activities.
  • Schedule call / in-person meetings with the CXO Level/ IT decision makers.
  • Good understanding of global IT & ITeS market and provide support to US Sales BDM.
  • Should understand prospects technology needs.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly lead target and fill Business Manager’s Qualified lead pipeline.
  • Proficient in sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools like salesforce, Sales intelligence tools etc.
  • Proficiency in MS excel.
  Desired Candidate Profile:  
  • Understanding of Inside Sales activities, lead generation and cold calling.
  • Strong organization and presentation skills.
  • Highly proficient in computer skills including MS Office.
  • Familiar with current market and technology trends.
  • Excellent written/ verbal communication and convincing skills.
  • Enthusiastic, team player, self-starter and quality focused individual.
