Job Description:
- Lead and manage the innovation team, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of POCs and MVPs.
- Go hands-on with technical tasks, supporting the team in solution design, prototyping, and troubleshooting.
- Program manage multiple concurrent innovation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Stay current with technology trends, identifying and evaluating new tools, frameworks, and methodologies relevant to innovation.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and continuous learning within the team.
- Ensure best practices in both Digital Engineering (DE) and Quality Engineering (QE) are embedded throughout the SDLC.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Track and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing innovation or R&D teams in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in both Digital Engineering (DE) and Quality Engineering (QE) within the SDLC.
- Proficiency in Python and C# programming languages.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks (such as CrewAI, Langraph, or similar).
- Deep familiarity with software development and quality engineering terms, tools, and technology stacks.
- Demonstrated ability to program manage multiple initiatives, POCs, or MVPs.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging technology trends (AI, cloud, automation, etc.).
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AI/ML, cloud platforms, or digital product innovation.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Prior experience in consulting or client-facing innovation roles.
