The client specializes in providing intelligent solutions with their internet platform to enriching smart homes and buildings. The client faced challenges with the global delivery of its applications and required an experienced testing team to bring in the testing best practices. Tx will set up a testing team for the client in global delivery model operating from Belgium, Spain and India. Tx will adhere to its proven assessment approach to understand and suggest a detailed roadmap to improve the QA maturity for the client. Tx will leverage its in-house test automation framework, Tx-Automate, along with various and accelerators for carrying out test automation and functional testing. Tx will closely partner with the client to provide overall QA leadership and manage client’s current QA team.
